On the morning of March 4, 2026, at Ta Lung International Border Gate, the Board of Directors of Ta Lung Quang Minh Joint Stock Company welcomed and worked with the delegation of the Cao Bang Economic Zone Management Board. The focus of the meeting was to review and agree on implementation plans for the "Import-export goods gathering, inspection site, logistics services, and warehousing" project proposed by the Company.

The working session was organized based on the direction of the Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee, showing the local government's close attention to infrastructure development initiatives from enterprises.

Affirming Capacity and Strategic Vision

Attending the meeting, on the side of the delegation, were Leaders of the Cao Bang Economic Zone Management Board and representatives of specialized departments. On the side of Ta Lung Quang Minh, the Board of Directors and project managers directly presented the proposal dossier, detailed planning, and project feasibility.

The Company representative emphasized that the project is oriented towards systematic, synchronous investment and modern technology application. The core objective is to solve current infrastructure bottlenecks, meeting the increasing volume of cross-border trade. At the same time, the project will create a closed service ecosystem, maximizing support for the inspection and supervision work of Customs and Border Guard agencies.

Field Survey and Implementation Orientation

Right after the discussion in meeting room B, the Company's Leadership invited the delegation to conduct a direct field survey at the proposed project site. Both sides jointly assessed the current status and openly discussed legal procedures, traffic connection plans, and the investment roadmap in the coming period.

The working session concluded with positive evaluations from the state management agency regarding Ta Lung Quang Minh's proposal dossier.
